Classic Tomato Sauce

- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ white onion, diced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 3 basil leaves, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Step 01
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Step 02
Heat over medium until simmering.
Step 03
Blend with the CHEF-BUILT Immersion Blender until smooth.
STEP 04
Serve with your desired cuisine such as pasta.
