Chicken Wings

- 12 chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
SAUCE
- ½ cup hot sauce
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Step 01
Preheat CHEF-BUILT Deep Fryer to 350 F.
Step 02
In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, salt and spices. Later, add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
Step 03
Fry the chicken wings for 15 minutes or until cooked, where the meat will appear through and golden brown.
Step 04
Drain and keep warm.
Step 05
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring the sauce ingredients to a boil, then to low heat for 7 minutes until the sauce has reduced by half. Pour the sauce in a large bowl, to later combine the cooked wings and toss to coat.
Step 06
Serve immediately.
